We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Select products may also be available with Cash on Delivery (COD) for qualifying buyers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Each supplier sets their own shipping rules — free shipping, a fixed fee, and optional free shipping over a dollar amount. Tax is also set per supplier. If your cart has items from multiple suppliers, you get one checkout but separate orders, each with that seller's tax and shipping.

Yes! Our Request a Quote feature lets you propose pricing for bulk or custom orders directly to suppliers. Sellers can accept, counter, or negotiate to find a price that works for both parties. This is especially useful for large volume purchases.

Return policies are managed by individual suppliers. We recommend reviewing the supplier's return policy on their storefront before purchasing. If you encounter any issues, our support team can help mediate between you and the supplier.
